NexaVerse Labs was founded by Nana Baffour — a product professional with years of experience working with organisations including AEC Global and Inpath Technologies, where she developed a deep understanding of what employers need and where candidates fall short.

Nana's understanding of this gap began through her work on a national project, where she interacted firsthand with fresh graduates navigating the transition from university into National Service and the world of work. Those experiences exposed a recurring challenge: many young people were leaving school with qualifications, but without the practical skills, guidance and clarity needed to navigate what came next. It was this experience that sparked her interest in building solutions that could better prepare young people for the transition from education to employment.

Before formally launching NexaVerse Labs, Nana independently delivered career interventions — CV rewrites, portfolio development, cover letter rewrites, and professional repositioning — for graduates who had been applying unsuccessfully for years. The results spoke for themselves: real employment outcomes for people who had the talent but lacked the tools.

Those early results confirmed what she already knew: the gap was real, the demand was real, and the solution needed to be built properly. NexaVerse Labs is that solution.
