NexaVerse Labs was founded by Nana Baffour — a product professional with years of experience working with organisations including AEC Global and Inpath Technologies, where she developed a deep understanding of what employers need and where candidates fall short.
Her professional background in product gave her a strategic, systems-level view of the problem. She didn't just see the gap — she understood exactly how to close it.
Before formally launching NexaVerse Labs, Nana independently delivered career interventions — CV rewrites, portfolio development, cover letter rewrites, and professional repositioning — for graduates who had been applying unsuccessfully for years. The results spoke for themselves: real employment outcomes for people who had the talent but lacked the tools.
